Chiemeka C. Anunkor

M.A. LBA BCBA

I’m Chiemeka Anunkor, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director at Anchor Excelled Learners. With over 11 years of experience in ABA, I specialize in delivering evidence-based, compassionate care for children diagnosed with autism and other developmental differences.

My approach integrates play-based interventions and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to support functional communication, social development, and independence in natural environments. I am committed to meeting each child where they are—emotionally, developmentally, and behaviorally—to create meaningful, lasting progress.

At Anchor Excelled Learners, I lead a team of RBTs and clinicians to provide in-home and community-based therapy across Wake and Harnett Counties. I also focus on training and supervising staff to uphold the highest standards of ethical and clinical excellence.

In addition to clinical leadership, I’m passionate about leveraging technology to streamline care delivery, improve family engagement, and support data-driven decisions in treatment planning. My work is centered on collaboration—with caregivers, educators, and healthcare providers—to ensure that every child receives the support they need to thrive.
