    I’m Chiemeka Anunkor, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Clinical Director at Anchor Excelled Learners with over 11 years of experience in ABA. My work is guided by a commitment to learner outcomes, Team Satisfaction and ensuring families receive meaningful, compassionate care. I specialize in play-based interventions and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) to build communication, social skills, and independence. I believe every child deserves individualized support that meets them where they are developmentally, emotionally, and behaviorally. My goal is to create lasting progress that empowers both children and their families.

    As Operations Director at Anchor Excelled Learners, I combine clinical, educational, and administrative expertise to ensure our programs run efficiently. With a background in ABA, education, and HR, I oversee staffing, training, scheduling, insurance coordination, and compliance. My focus is on building strong teams, supporting clinicians, and creating systems that allow families to receive timely, compassionate care. At AEL, my mission is to keep operations running smoothly so therapists can focus on helping children thrive
